Maximizing Efficiency: SYRISON’s Custom Tandem PSH Solution for L-Shaped Sites
In the competitive world of mechanical parking systems, “standard” sites are rare. Most urban parking projects involve existing structures with complex dimensions and restricted footprints. Recently, SYRISON (Qingdao Syrison Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd.) demonstrated its engineering flexibility by designing a high-density, customized Tandem PSH parking solution for a client with a challenging L-shaped site layout.
1. The Challenge: Engineering for a Non-Standard Layout
The client provided an updated CAD drawing of an L-shaped corner area, requiring a solution that utilized every available inch of width. The primary goal was to implement a 2-level Tandem PSH (Puzzle Parking System) that could fit seamlessly into the specific geometry without any installation conflicts.

2. The SYRISON Solution: Dual-Module Configuration
Our engineering team divided the L-shaped space into two distinct functional zones. By mixing different platform sizes, we achieved 100% space utilization while accommodating various vehicle types.
Module A: 9-Car Capacity (Full-Size SUVs) For the wider wing of the L-shape, we designed a 2-level, 3-column Tandem system. This module is engineered specifically for premium, larger vehicles.
Max Vehicle Size: 5200mm × 2000mm × 1850mm
Load Capacity: 2500kg
System Type: PSH-2 Tandem

Module B: 15-Car Capacity (Mid-Size SUVs) To maximize the longer section of the layout, we implemented a 2-level, 5-column Tandem system. This allows for higher density for standard and compact SUVs.
Max Vehicle Size: 4700mm × 2000mm × 1850mm
Load Capacity: 2500kg
Space Optimization: 3-span configuration for 15 vehicles.

3. Why Global Clients Choose SYRISON
The client approved our “Engineer-to-Engineer” technical proposal immediately. They noted that our attention to detail regarding the available width and vehicle clearance was far more precise than previous designs they had reviewed.
Following the approval, our factory in Qingdao moved into production. The system was successfully manufactured, shipped, and installed, providing the client with a robust, reliable, and high-capacity parking asset.
