27 Units Custom Parking Lift Solution for Commercial Warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand

Project Challenge & Customized Solution

When our client in Auckland required a comprehensive space-saving parking upgrade for their commercial property, available vertical space had to be maximized for both indoor storage and outdoor operations.

To solve this, our engineering team designed a hybrid indoor/outdoor vertical parking layout:

1. Indoor Space Optimization (14 Units 2-Post Stacker Lifts)

• Equipment: SYRISON TPP105 Series 2-Post Parking Lifts.

• Custom Engineering: Features 2.1m net lifting height and 2.1m wide usable platforms to fit sedan and SUV storage. Built with 24V electrical controls, single hydraulic cylinder with chain driving system, and custom blue powder coating.

2. Outdoor Heavy-Duty Storage (13 Units 4-Post Stacker Lifts)

• Equipment: SYRISON FPP207 4-Post Parking Lifts.

• Custom Engineering: Engineered for outdoor durability with 2.7-ton capacity per unit, full middle wave plates for platform coverage, and custom motor waterproof covers to protect electrical components against harsh outdoor environments.

Seamless Collaboration: From Proposal Drawings to Site Verification

A key highlight of this New Zealand project was the collaborative design workflow between our engineering desk and the local installation team:

1. Initial Proposal: Our technical team produced detailed 3D site layout drawings based on initial site dimensions, mapping out drive-aisle clearance and column placement.

2. Client Feedback & On-Site Layout Adjustment: After reviewing our initial engineering proposal, the client’s team provided on-site installation feedback drawings adjusted to their specific floor conditions and structural clearances.

3. Precision Manufacturing: We refined the power pack specifications ($240\text{V}, 1\text{ph}, 50\text{Hz}$) and mounting layouts accordingly, ensuring a flawless setup upon delivery at Auckland port.
