Introduction: Crossing Communication Barriers to Build Real Trust

In the heavy machinery and automated parking industry, European commercial buyers demand extreme reliability, especially when installing equipment in premium hospitality venues. When Romanian hotel owner Dan Balaj initially contacted SYRISON via WhatsApp in December 2024, he preferred direct verbal calls and voice notes over standard paperwork. His number-one concern was post-sale installation and ongoing technical support in Romania.

To address his concerns, we provided a localized trust anchor. We introduced Dan to our long-term partner in Romania, Multinvest Group ( https://multinvest.ro/ ), a premier construction firm led by Ms. Margit, who originally purchased our exhibition machine at the Germany BAW Show in 2012. Driven by the need for technical validation, Dan personally visited Multinvest Group’s active real estate site at the end of December 2024. Seeing our lifting systems operating smoothly in a premium local project and meeting our partner firsthand completely solidified his trust in SYRISON.

The Challenge: Severe Spatial Constraints in a Mountainous Luxury Hotel

Following his site inspection, Dan sent over the blueprints for his flagship project: Hotel Vitalis & Treatment, a luxury wellness hospitality facility nestled within a breathtaking, steep Romanian mountain valley. While the natural scenery was stunning, the rugged terrain created two major engineering challenges for hotel guest parking:

  1. Restrictive Covered Parking Footprint: The hotel’s indoor parking garage featured a rustic timber-roofed pavilion with low clearance and strict lane spacing. Standard car storage wouldn’t provide enough density for hotel guest influxes.

  2. Steep Vertical Vehicle Logistics: The hotel featured a modern multi-level concrete garage layout with sharp angles and a circular driveway ramp. Moving luxury sedans and heavy SUVs vertically between different service levels via a standard ramp took up too much premium floor space.

The Solution: Integrated Single/Two-Post Stackers & A Heavy Scissor Car Lift

SYRISON’s engineering team customized a hybrid fleet parking matrix tailored exactly to the resort’s architectural blueprint, optimizing the layout for exactly 26 tailored units:

  • Maximized Density with 21 Two-Post TPP105 Lifts: We deployed 21 customized units of two-post TPP105 interlocking lifts to effectively double the parking capacity in wide bays, utilizing shared-post configurations to minimize structural clutter.

  • 4 Single-Post SPP Lifts for Edge Space Optimization: We integrated 4 units of SPP single-post lifts to fit perfectly along the tightest outer concrete walls where two-post structures would block vehicle turning paths or pedestrian lanes.

  • Heavy-Duty TPS Scissor Vehicle Elevator: To bridge the 4700mm vertical gap between floors, we engineered a massive 3-ton capacity scissors car lift with an oversized platform ($5900\text{mm} \times 3000\text{mm}$). This served as a dedicated multi-level vehicle lift, allowing hotel staff to transport guest vehicles smoothly without wasting room on long concrete ramps.

Furthermore, because the hotel required specific electrical integration, we sourced high-specification 3-phase and single-phase electrical cables, heavy-duty metal gutters, and specialized central power panels from verified Chinese top-tier suppliers, bundling them together into the equipment package to offer a turnkey engineering service.

Strict Yiwu Agency Verification & CE Compliance

Operating in the European Union requires absolute adherence to CE machinery directives and rigorous fluid dynamics standards. In February 2025, the procurement contract was structured through the client’s designated partner, Yiwu Xinyuan Trading Co., Ltd. In April 2025, the Yiwu agency sent independent inspectors to our manufacturing plant for on-site factory verification, loading tests, and pre-shipment quality control filming. The agency also sent client-sourced local auxiliary materials to our factory for consolidated container loading. On April 30, 2025, the entire 26-unit mixed lift system was safely containerized and shipped out via Qingdao Port.

Flawless Hospitality Deployment & Future Expansion

The shipment successfully arrived at the Romanian mountain resort in late August 2025. Supported by SYRISON’s interactive engineering manuals and remote video alignment, the entire complex setup was fully commissioned and operational by late September 2025.

In early 2026, the hotel owner sent back stunning high-definition video documentation of the active site. The footage showcases the premium Hotel Vitalis & Treatment facility operating flawlessly, with guest cars seamlessly stacked under the timber pavilion and the heavy-duty scissor car elevator smoothly managing multi-level transit via its custom-labeled “Dan” control panel.

The client expressed extreme satisfaction with our cross-border engineering precision and sourcing capabilities, confirming that Hotel Vitalis explicitly plans to implement additional SYRISON lifting systems in their upcoming phase-two facility expansion.
