1. Check whether the connecting parts are normal, mainly check whether the bolts of anchor bolts and other parts are loose; check whether the connection of all parts is abnormal. Tighten if necessary.

2. Check whether the hydraulic part is normal, check whether the oil level, oil quality and oil temperature of the oil tank are normal, and check whether the hydraulic station, hydraulic pipe and oil cylinder are leaking. Make up oil or change oil if necessary.

3. Check whether the safety device is normal, and whether the rising safety insurance and rocker arm positioning insurance can work normally. Adjust if necessary.

4. Check whether the steel cable is in the correct position, mainly check whether the balance steel cable is out of the pulley groove, whether the pressure head is loose, whether the rope head bolt is loose, and whether the tension is appropriate. Adjust if necessary.

5. Check whether the transmission chain is normal and whether the transmission chain and chain wheel are normal, mainly including: whether the chain and chain wheel fit properly, whether the chain wear exceeds the limit, whether the chain mounting pin and mounting bolt are normal. Adjust if necessary.

6. Check the lubrication status, check whether there is grease on the slide way of the second column of the hoist, steel wire rope and pulley, chain and sprocket, and add grease if necessary.
