If powder coating can be used in outdoor?
The entire series of products use outdoor powder, and the thickness of the powder spraying is between 85-120 microns, ensuring that the equipment can be used indoor and outdoor both. but the motor of lifts should be equipped with optional waterproof steel cover.
However, during the long distance transport and movement, some parts maybe hit each other to damage the surface to cause a little rust. 1, for powder coating painted parts, please use related color self painting to repair. 2, some parts,like wave plates are treated by cold galvanized, if have some rust, please use Plated self painting to repair.
For outdoor environment use,the better surface treated suggested is hot galvanized OR hot galvanized first, and then powder coating.
